By participating in Glial services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation is voluntary

• You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes
• You may choose to modify or stop participation at any time

You agree to listen to your body, respect your limits, and take responsibility for your participation.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, language, graphics, videos, documents, and resources provided by Glial Organizational Solutions are the intellectual property of Glial, unless otherwise stated.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Training frameworks
• Facilitation language
• Workshop materials
• Written content and original concepts
• Proprietary methodologies

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or teach Glial materials
• Use Glial frameworks for commercial purposes
• Represent Glial intellectual property as your own

5. Limted License For Use

Participants may use the provided materials solely for personal or internal organizational use, unless a separate licensing agreement is in place.

Any external use, facilitation, resale, certification, or redistribution requires a written agreement.

 

6. Confidentiality

Glial respects confidentiality. Likewise, participants agree to respect the confidentiality of:

• Other participants
• Organizational discussions
• Sensitive information shared during sessions

Glial is not responsible for confidentiality breaches that occur outside of its direct facilitation or control.

 

7. No Guarantees

While Glial provides high-quality education and facilitation, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, performance improvements, or results.

Outcomes depend on many factors, including leadership engagement, organizational context, and individual participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glial Organizational Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our services or use of our materials.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Emotional distress
• Workplace decisions
• Organizational outcomes
• Business performance changes

9. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies are specified in individual contracts, proposals, or service agreements.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Fees are non-refundable
• Missed sessions are not credited or refunded

10. Professional Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally. Glial reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.

Glial Organizational Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
