This is 2 hour virtual, interactive workshop is for anyone what works with people. It's delivered through the lens of our own nervous system. You'll explore how understanding the nervous system supports better leadership, stronger teams, and healthier ways of working together. Our work is rooted in understanding how healthy nervous systems actually function and then translating that understanding into teamwork.
